Refresco is seeking a hands-on HSE Manager for the Milton Keynes site to lead the safety programme, drive a strong safety culture on the factory floor and work with operations to deliver the UK HSE improvement agenda.
You will ensure compliance, enhance HSE systems, lead audits and investigations, report KPIs, liaise with regulators, and partner with leadership and HR to achieve measurable safety and environmental improvements.
