Are you ready to take the lead in shaping the technical agenda for our Systems Data team at Refresco? In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure the accuracy of all master data across our IT systems, enabling seamless purchasing, manufacturing, and dispatch of Refresco UK products. This role allows regular collaboration with teams across multiple sites, including monthly travel to our Bridgwater site, with increased travel during the S4 Hana implementation project. Monday – Thursday 8:30 am – 5 pm and Friday 8:30 am – 4 pm

What you’ll be doing as a Master Data Manager:

  • Lead the technical agenda for the Systems Data team, ensuring the accuracy of all master data in all relevant IT systems to permit effective purchasing, manufacture and dispatch of Refresco UK products and delivering to agreed technical KPI’s and objectives.
  • Key responsibilities of the Master Data Manager:
  • Lead the UK Systems Data Team
  • Ensure accurate recording of materials and products in relevant IT systems (SAP, iRen, SAP QM and Harford, Manzini, Botec, Tetra, and Marco Systems)
  • Maintain data accuracy and timeliness following best practices
  • Develop and maintain Technical and Quality Management databases and systems aligned with business needs.
  • Ensure availability and review of internal documents as per document control procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Technical and Quality Management on improving Technical data maintenance.
  • Govern the group technical agenda, drive quality improvement projects, and deliver the technical annual review.

Experience in an influential technical/quality role. Demonstrable operational experience, together with significant exposure, gained ideally in a fast moving consumer goods environment. Innovative and entrepreneurial thinker, interested in food and drink and improving quality systems. Flexibility for regular travel to and stay at our Bridgwater site.
