This is an exciting brand-new role at Refresco! As our Reward Analyst, you’ll be a key member of the HR Services team, delivering accurate, timely support across pay and benefits while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. You’ll build strong relationships with benefit providers, brokers, reward tech partners, and internal stakeholders, gaining broad exposure across the HR function and making a real impact on how we reward and recognise our colleagues.

About the Role: The Reward Analyst is responsible for delivering accurate and timely reward support across the entire employee lifecycle for pay and benefits. Ensures compliance with statutory requirements around National Living Wage, Gender Pay, audit requirements and other controls. This role is pivotal in ensuring day-to-day relationships are effectively managed with benefit providers, brokers, reward technology providers and key internal stakeholders.

As the Rewards Analyst, here are your key areas of focus:

  • Deliver reward programmes, including pay reviews, bonuses, and ad-hoc projects to attract, motivate, and retain colleagues.
  • Manage and improve employee benefits to create inclusive, valued workplaces.
  • Lead the benefits platform, including mailbox management, data reporting, and annual enrolment projects.
  • Provide accurate reward data and benchmarking to ensure fair, competitive pay and grading structures.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, HRBPs, and external providers to ensure efficient, compliant administration.
  • Support communication and engagement of reward initiatives across the business.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and support HR Services in reward administration.

About you: We’re looking for someone with strong analytical skills, ideally with HR Services experience (not essential). You’ll be able to take complex data and turn it into actionable insights, with confident IT skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. A basic understanding of reward processes, willingness to learn, excellent organisation, and the ability to work across multiple functions are key.
