Refresco, the world’s largest independent soft drinks manufacturer, is recruiting a Production Advanced Team Operative (Process) for our Kegworth Site. You will play an important role in ensuring some of the best known drink’s brands in the UK are manufactured to the right quality and delivered on time to our many customers. About The Role

  • Previous food manufacturing experience would be desired.
  • You will be part of a supportive team, led by the Process Area Manager, working with colleagues who will help you settle in, find your way around and show you the ropes.
  • Follow the production plan and check that all the required ingredients are available for the shift ahead.
  • Closely follow recipes and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure batches of our products are made up correctly.
  • Take samples from all batches according to the testing plan and input results into the IT system.
  • Ensure the Syrup Room is always audit ready, following our clean as you go policy and cleaning schedules.
  • Book in bulk tanker deliveries as and when required.
  • Liaise with colleagues in our Warehouse, Engineering Department and Production regarding deliveries, machine issues or delays to the mixing process.
  • Support with basic maintenance within the Syrup Room.
  • Support the Operations team with product changes, new product trials and customer visits/audits.

Salary And Benefits

You will be paid an annual salary of £35,885.20 inclusive of a 10% shift allowance. Your shift pattern will be 3 on 3 off rotating days and nights (6 to 6).
