Are you a skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced drinks manufacturing environment? Join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting state-of-the-art machinery, minimizing downtime, and implementing proactive maintenance strategies to maximize efficiency.

Salary: £57,800

Shift pattern: 3 on 3 off, 12‑hour shifts, 6‑6 (rotating days and nights)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Engineering Team Leader to deliver a high‑quality engineering service.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults rapidly.
  • Complete a full range of maintenance activities across the entire installed asset base within your work area.
  • Continuously improve performance to deliver site efficiency and performance standards.
  • Get involved with factory improvement projects.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Level 3 engineering qualification or time‑served.
  • Multi‑skilled background – experience with processing equipment such as pipework, pumps, silos, turning equipment.
  • Confident in proposing new ideas and suggestions.
  • Accurate and detail‑oriented in daily tasks and duties.
  • Experience fault‑finding in panels, sensors, relays, inverters, drives, motors, pumps, pneumatics, and pipework.
