We’re recruiting an HR Administrator on a fixed-term contract until 31st December 2026 to support our HR team during an exciting payroll system implementation. This is a great opportunity to gain broad experience across the wider HR function, keeping day-to-day HR activities running smoothly while the team focuses on the project. Ideal for someone organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, varied HR environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Central HR mailbox, responding to queries promptly and accurately.
- Maintain HR systems and employee records (new starters, leavers, changes) and issue related paperwork.
- Ensure employee files and sensitive data are handled securely and in line with GDPR and company policies.
- Provide admin support to Recruitment, including interview scheduling and onboarding.
- Raise and process HR purchase orders/invoices and liaise with suppliers.
- Support with tracking licences, certifications and compliance documents.
About You:
We’re looking for someone with administration experience, ideally within HR (not essential). You’ll have strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a willingness to learn and work in line with GDPR requirements.
