Location: Refresco - Kegworth Head Office

Working Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:30 am – 5 pm and Friday 8:30 am – 4 pm (Hybrid offering; 1 day WFH)

Key responsibilities:

  • To act as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails from IT customers regarding IT issues and queries.
  • To act as first line support – troubleshooting of IT related Incident and Problems across software and hardware on devices such as Smart Phones, Laptops, PCs and Printers.
  • To escalate unresolved calls to the relevant 2nd line support teams.
  • To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles and processes.
  • Managing new joiners and the leavers process.
  • Setting up company equipment.
  • To provide basic in-house training for users.
