Contract: Permanent, Monday to Friday – 38 hours per week

About the Role

The HR Site Services Manager is responsible for delivering accurate and compliant HR services at site level, ensuring managers and colleagues have the correct tools, processes, and information to do their jobs effectively while embedding central HR initiatives, systems, and policies across the site. Acting as the site lead for HR services, this role provides reliable support that simplifies people processes and enables managers to focus on leading their teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accurate and timely HR administration across the colleague lifecycle.
  • Keep site HR policies, processes, and guidance up to date and embedded.
  • Advise managers confidently on HR processes and support consistent record‑keeping.
  • Act as the site HR systems superuser, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support new HR system roll‑outs, automation, and self‑service initiatives.
  • Ensure site compliance with employment law, GDPR, and company policies.
  • Maintain audit readiness and drive a culture of accuracy and compliance.
  • Partner with HR colleagues and managers to deliver practical, joined‑up support.
  • Share insights to drive continuous improvement and contribute to HR projects and strategy.

Qualifications and Experience

A CIPD Level 5‑qualified (or equivalent) HR professional with experience in fast‑paced, compliance‑driven environments, IT‑savvy, organised, a strong communicator, and able to build effective relationships across all levels. Flexible, proactive, and people‑focused, with a track record of making HR simple, efficient, and impactful.
