We are looking for a Head of FP&A to join our team and play a key role in our Finance department. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the forecasting, planning, and reporting cycle with precision. You will also lead the implementation of improved reporting technologies and practices, ensuring a consistent and reliable version of financial truth for the business. What you’ll be doing as a Head of FP&A
Reporting to the Director of Controlling, this role will have a key part in the Finance department, overseeing the forecasting, planning, and reporting process, as well as all related submissions to Group Finance. You\’ll be the main contact for Group Finance for any UK-related inquiries regarding these submissions. You will supervise a reporting analyst, and together, the team will develop, generate, and improve recurring reports and dashboards. In addition, you\’ll be driving the implementation of enhanced reporting technologies and practices while promoting a single version of truth that can be shared with the business.

About you
The ideal candidate must be ACCA / CIMA / ACA certified and possess substantial experience working in a Financial Accounting department of a comparable company. You should have previous leadership experience overseeing inventory reporting, preferably in a manufacturing setting. Additionally, you need to have knowledge of Technical Accounting and stay informed about current laws and accounting principles.
