Refresco is recruiting a Quality Shift Technician in Bridgwater, Somerset to support quality improvement and ensure products are manufactured to specifications and safety standards. You will advise on recipe formulation and batch correction, participate in audits, investigations, sampling and traceability, and help training teams while promoting continuous quality improvements across the site.
