About the Role

To support the quality improvement and right first time agenda so that products are legally and safely manufactured in compliance with customer and internal Company specifications and standards. To provide advice on recipe formulation and batch correction.

Here are your key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Quality improvement support — Contribute to site quality projects, including training operations teams and monitoring effectiveness.
  • Auditing & compliance — Complete GMP, hygiene, internal, and operational QC audits; report nonconformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Investigations — Support investigations into consumer complaints and nonconforming items, identifying root causes and preventing recurrence.
  • Sampling & traceability — Take and manage samples per the site quality plan and complete traceability exercises as scheduled.
  • Quality governance — Facilitate quality panels/boards and ensure analytical equipment is calibrated and serviced on schedule.
  • Training & data accuracy — Assist with new‑starter/refresher training and complete accurate, timely data entry; support first production runs and line trials.

About You

The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, driven and solutions‑focused mindset, demonstrating strong initiative and a confident, hands‑on approach to problem‑solving. While some quality experience or exposure to the FMCG industry is beneficial, full training is provided, so a go‑getter attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn are key. You should be genuinely interested in food and drink. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within wider cross‑functional teams, contributing positively to continuous improvement and operational quality standards.
