b Overview /b p In this multi-site role you will lead and drive quality standards across Refresco UKs five manufacturing sites. You will partner with site teams to promote a strong quality culture, ensure compliance with legal, customer, GFSI and third-party requirements, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The position involves regular UK travel to work on-site and align standards across locations. You will shape quality strategy, coach audit capability, and lead cross-site collaboration to elevate product safety and quality. This is a chance to influence quality governance and deliver measurable improvements in a fast-moving beverage operation. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li annual bonus /li li car allowance /li li private healthcare /li li early Friday finish /li li 25–28 days leave + bank holidays /li li life assurance /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Support development and implementation of Refresco UK quality standards and QA agenda across sites /li li Review and ensure Level 1–2 internal audits are completed with consistent quality and effective corrective actions /li li Conduct risk-based Level 3 audits across sites, including HACCP reviews and PRPs /li li Coach site internal auditors to improve capability and consistency /li li Perform gap analyses against new standards and customer requirements /li li Manage and improve the quality document control system for currency and compliance /li li Review quality incident investigations and root cause analyses with robust CAPAs /li li Lead Quality Forum meetings to share best practices and drive continuous improvement /li li Champion food safety culture initiatives and engage employees in action plans /li li Promote quality standards and behaviours across the business, beyond mere compliance /li li Support supplier quality assurance and VACCP programmes when required /li li Ensure alignment with health and safety, food safety, environmental sustainability, and operational excellence goals /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Significant experience in a technical, quality, or food safety role within FMCG manufacturing /li li Strong understanding of food safety systems, auditing, compliance, and quality management processes /li li Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across multiple sites /li /ul ul li stakeholder engagement /li li leadership and coaching /li li collaboration across sites /li li food safety systems /li li auditing (internal and external) /li li HACCP /li /ul
