Refresco is recruiting for a Production Manager at our Bridgwater site. You will lead all production operations in a fast-paced, highly automated FMCG environment, driving performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People, reporting to the Factory Manager.
You will manage a team of Shift Managers, optimise site KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while upholding company values and standards. This is a hands-on leadership role within a busy production facility.
