As the Continuous Improvement Technician, you will play a key supporting role in driving daily performance improvements across critical production assets. Working closely with the CI Team Lead and CI Engineer, you will provide the data, analysis, and CI discipline needed to identify losses, solve problems, and sustain improvements on the line. You will act as the analytical and behavioural link within the Focused Improvement Team (FIT), ensuring that performance data is accurate, visible, understood, and used to drive consistent operational improvement.

Role Purpose: The Continuous Improvement Technician supports the delivery of continuous improvement activity by providing accurate data, structured analysis, and hands-on CI discipline.
