Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to move beyond a traditional technician position and gain valuable exposure to customers, audits, and wider technical leadership responsibilities.
About the Role: To support the quality improvement and right first-time agenda so that products are legally and safely manufactured in compliance with customer and internal Company specifications and standards. To facilitate the launch of new customers, products, and processes into manufacturing.
Here are your key tasks and responsibilities as Quality Technician at Refresco:
- Lead and support quality assurance activities by conducting GMP, hygiene, QC compliance, and internal audits, identifying non-conformances and driving corrective actions to ensure compliance with company, customer, and industry standards.
- Investigate consumer complaints, non-conforming products, and process issues, determining root causes and implementing effective corrective and preventative actions to improve quality performance.
- Coordinate and complete quality verification activities, including sampling, traceability exercises, equipment and process validation, HACCP reviews, and risk assessments to maintain food safety.
