Key responsibilities of the role:
- Deliver a professional and proactive HR service across the site, providing expert guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations, performance management, conduct, absence, and company policies to ensure a fair and consistent approach.
- Lead and support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities for site-based roles, ensuring vacancies are filled efficiently, offers and contracts are issued accurately, and new starters receive a positive onboarding experience.
- Drive performance and attendance management processes, supporting managers with investigations, absence reviews, appraisals, objective setting, and occupational health referrals while ensuring compliance with company procedures. xgikmsk
- Coordinate and support learning and development initiatives, including line manager training, policy briefings, training records management, and maintenance of training matrices to improve capability across the workforce.
