About the Role You do not need previous experience as full training will be provided. You will be part of a supportive team, led by the Production Area Manager working with colleagues who will help you settle in, find your way around and show you the ropes. You will be based in our sachets phase. As aProduction Team Operativeyour main tasks and duties will be: Operate standard machinery at a basic level - full training provided. Complete quality checks and record results, reporting any non-conformances. Work as part of a team to ensure the site is audit-ready at all times.
