Refresco, the world's largest independent soft drinks manufacturer, is seeking a Production Advanced Team Operative for our Kegworth Site. You will play an important role in making sure some of the best-known drinks brands in the UK are manufactured to the right quality and delivered on time to our many customers. About the Role
You will be part of a supportive team, led by the Area Manager, working with colleagues who will help you settle in, find your way around and show you the ropes.
As Production Advanced Team Operative your main tasks and duties will be:
- Performing all duties within the Production Department within the Factory to ensure the effective running of the process function and/or production lines and associated systems/equipment and being audit ready at all times.
- Operating equipment/machinery and undertaking fault finding, changeovers including CIP where relevant, asset care, and basic machine maintenance activities.
- Management of Raw Materials in accordance with FIFO and Storage Procedures.
- Accurately completing all monitoring systems required by the Company in accordance with Company Policies.
