This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on HSE Manager who enjoys turning strategy into results. The HSE roadmap is already in place - Refresco needs someone who can get out onto the factory floor, work alongside operational teams, influence behaviours, and drive a strong safety culture across the Bridgwater site. You'll lead the site's HSE improvement agenda, ensuring compliance, strengthening management systems, engaging with regulators including the Environment Agency, and partnering with both the leadership and operations teams to deliver measurable improvements.
