Quality Shift Technician Bridgwater, Somerset 2 days, 2 nights 7am -7pm, and 7pm-7am Permanent Reward report non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Investigations Support investigations into consumer complaints and non-conforming items, identifying root causes and preventing recurrence. Sampling support first production runs and line trials. About You The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, driven and solutions-focused mindset, demonstrating strong initiative and a confident, hands-on approach to problem-solving. While some quality experience or exposure to the FMCG industry is beneficial, full training is provided, so a go-getter attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn are key. You should be genuinely interested in food and drink. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within wider cross-functional teams, contributing positively to continuous improvement and operational quality standards.
