We are looking for a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to lead technical training and train-out activities across our engineering department, improving the performance and reliability of our SIG filling and downstream packaging equipment within a fast-paced drinks manufacturing environment. This is a key engineering role focused on driving equipment reliability, supporting operational performance, and developing engineering capability across the site.
You will act as the go-to specialist for complex fault finding, equipment optimisation, and technical training, helping to raise standards and knowledge across the wider engineering and production teams.
