Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with OEMs and suppliers to support upgrades, improvements, and technical development
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, efficiency, and performance
  • Support commissioning, optimisation, and validation of equipment and production lines
  • Identify recurring issues and implement long-term engineering solutions
  • Promote a strong safety and quality culture across all engineering activities

About You:

We are looking for an experienced engineer with deep technical knowledge of specialist drinks manufacturing equipment and a passion for developing others. Experience working with equipment from Krones, KHS, Tetra Pak, Sidel, or similar OEMs is essential.

  • Extensive experience working with SIG filling equipment within FMCG, beverage, or dairy manufacturing
  • Strong technical knowledge of downstream systems including conveyors, palletisers, wrappers, labellers, and automated packaging equipment
  • Advanced electrical and mechanical fault-finding capability
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, or training engineering and operational teams
  • Strong understanding of automated manufacturing systems, PLCs, drives, pneumatics, and controls
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to engineering challenges
