This role involves working with stakeholders such as the Commercial Director, Head of Marketing, and Pricing and Promotions Manager to drive brand performance and profitability. Serve as the key Finance Business Partner for the Sales and Marketing teams, working with stakeholders like the Commercial Director, Head of Marketing, and Pricing and Promotions Manager. Provide decision support on costing and pricing proposals, considering brand strategy, competitor positioning, profitability, and long-term objectives. Deliver reporting and analysis on brand performance and profitability, including recommendations for improvements where relevant. Ensure promotional, discount, and marketing costs are accurately allocated for clear brand performance reporting. Coordinate and support financial planning processes for branded products, including the 3-Year Plan, Budget, and Forecast. Collaborate with stakeholders to propose annual price increases, considering raw material costs and the competitive landscape. Work with sales and marketing teams to identify brand opportunities, creating actionable plans for volume and profit growth. About You Strong relationship-building skills, particularly with key stakeholders such as the Commercial Director, Head of Marketing, and Pricing & Promotions Manager, and the ability to identify and meet their needs. Proven experience in presenting complex financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders, ensuring full understanding and alignment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, especially during high-demand finance periods like budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes.
