Who You Are
You are someone who wants to deliver impact through technology while continuing to grow your consulting expertise. You will be :
Keen to stay involved in the technical aspects of delivery while broadening your knowledge
Confident, credible and able to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
Practical, proactive and comfortable operating in complex environments
Intelligent, analytical and curious about technology

Willing to develop business development and client relationship skills
Experience and Requirements
8+ years’ experience within a management or IT consulting environment
Degree educated (STEM discipline preferred)
Broad knowledge of corporate IT infrastructure , ideally across :
International corporate networks
End-user compute within corporate environments
Data centre infrastructure (server, storage, virtualisation)
Public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Big data, visualisation and analytics
Leadership experience in project and programme delivery
Experience as a client lead or consulting lead under senior sponsorship
Exposure to the full delivery lifecycle from business case and initiation through to transition and benefits realisation
Experience managing multiple client engagements and mentoring junior consultants
Strong written and analytical skills, with proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Exposure to consulting sales processes, such as :
Sell-on engagements
Bid and proposal work
Business development and networking

20% (uncapped) bonus depending on individual and company performance
