Who You Are
You are someone who wants to deliver impact through technology while continuing to grow your consulting expertise. You will be:

Experience and Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience within a management or IT consulting environment
- Degree educated (STEM discipline preferred)
- Broad knowledge of corporate IT infrastructure, ideally across:
- International corporate networks
- End-user compute within corporate environments
- Public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Big data, visualisation and analytics
- Understanding (and ideally, experience of) creating and delivering enterprise software solutions for clients:
- Rigorous testing (functional, technical)
- Experience of IT management disciplines such as change, problem, request and issue
- Leadership experience in project and programme delivery
- Experience as a client lead or consulting lead under senior sponsorship
- Exposure to the full delivery lifecycle from business case and initiation through to transition and benefits realisation
- Experience managing multiple client engagements and mentoring junior consultants
- Strong written and analytical skills, with proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience of consulting sales processes, such as:
- Bid and proposal work
- Creation of go-to-market offerings
- Business development and networking
- 20% (uncapped) bonus depending on individual and company performance
