About Us

Reformer Collective is a design-led, community-driven Pilates brand known for delivering high-quality, inclusive movement experiences across our boutique London studios. As we grow, we’re excited to expand into Yoga concepts, offering the same premium standards, curated programming, and energising class culture. We’re now looking for passionate and experienced Yoga instructors.

The Role

We are currently seeking experienced yoga instructors to join our Flow team. Must have 200hr certification and ideally trained in Vinyasa with previous studio experience, a plus if you also have experience teaching heated yoga classes. Please ensure you are able to travel to our Piccadilly studio, with availability that includes evenings and weekends. We’re looking for instructors who can confidently lead large group classes, bring energy and structure to every session, whilst maintaining safety and technique.

What We’re Looking For

  • Certified Yoga Instructor (essential)
  • Proven experience teaching Yoga (minimum 200hrs)
  • Confidence in leading large group classes
  • Knowledge of class sequencing and modifications for all levels
  • Prenatal certification is a plus
  • Strong communication, timing, and musicality
  • Passionate about community, connection, and high-quality movement experiences
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
