As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be an ambassador for our brand - driving membership growth, building long-term client relationships, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects the high standards of Reformer Collective.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Conversion
- Manage and convert inbound leads, trials, and enquiries into active memberships.
- Conduct engaging consultations, tours, and follow-ups to maximise conversion.
- Proactively generate new business through local partnerships, events, and referrals.
- Collaborate with the Head of Membership to deliver pricing, campaigns, and promotions aligned with quarterly targets.
- Client Experience & Retention
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised experience for all prospects and members.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing members to encourage renewals and referrals.
- Partner with the operations and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and service excellence.
- Reporting & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date lead and member records within the CRM (ie, Mariana Tek and Contrast).
- Prepare weekly sales and pipeline reports for review with the Head of Membership.
- Monitor and analyse sales metrics to identify performance trends and areas for improvement.
- Brand & Event Support
- Represent Reformer Collective at in-studio events, local activations, and corporate partnerships.
- Support brand visibility initiatives designed to drive community engagement and membership growth.
