About Us

ROX Life, Reformer Collective & Recovery Room are premium, design-led fitness and wellness concepts built around community, energy and experience. From high-intensity strength and ride classes to luxury reformer Pilates and recovery spaces, we create concepts people become obsessed with. We are growing rapidly; and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can own our digital presence, drive brand growth and execute campaigns that turn attention into action.

The Role

This is a hands-on, strategic and creative role responsible for leading and executing marketing across all three brands. You’ll oversee digital strategy, campaign delivery and market positioning, ensuring everything feels cohesive, elevated and performance-driven. You’ll work closely with the founders, exec team and studio teams, travelling to sites when needed for launches, events and content capture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy & Management
    • Develop and execute a clear digital marketing strategy across all brands
    • Manage and optimise all digital marketing channels to drive growth, engagement and revenue
    • Track performance metrics and report on KPIs with actionable insights
    • Management of the Digital Marketing Executive
  • Paid Advertising
    • Oversee the planning, management and optimisation of paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google and other relevant platforms)
    • Optimise budgets and ensure strong ROI
    • Test, refine and scale campaigns strategically
  • Social Media Management
    • Lead organic social strategy across platforms
    • Oversee content planning, scheduling and community engagement
    • Ensure brand tone of voice is consistent, premium and distinctive
    • Manage content shoots and studio-based capture when required
  • Email Marketing
    • Own email strategy including campaign planning, automation flows and funnels
    • Drive retention, re-engagement and conversion through data-led email marketing
    • Monitor performance and continuously optimise
  • Website & Digital Presence
    • Oversee website updates, UX and overall digital presence
    • Ensure messaging, offers and launches are reflected accurately and compellingly
    • Work with developers where necessary to improve performance and functionality
  • Campaign Management
    • Lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and in-studio channels
    • Create launch strategies for new concepts, seasonal campaigns and promotions
    • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high creative standard
  • New Studio Launches
    • Plan and execute marketing strategies for new studio openings
    • Build hype, manage pre-sale campaigns and support launch events
    • Coordinate cross-channel promotion to maximise impact
  • Brand Collaborations & Partnerships
    • Identify and secure aligned brand partnerships
    • Manage collaboration campaigns and co-branded events
    • Leverage partnerships for growth, exposure and community engagement
  • Copywriting
    • Write compelling copy across digital ads, email, website and social
    • Maintain a clear, confident and elevated voice, for each brand identity, across all platforms

About You

  • Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or similar role (fitness, wellness or lifestyle sector preferred)
  • Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms and digital performance marketing
  • Confident leading digital strategy from planning to execution
  • Excellent copywriting skills with attention to tone and brand positioning
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills
  • Commercially minded and data-driven
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business
  • Happy to be hands-on and present in studios when needed
