About Us
Reformer Collective is a design-led, community-driven Pilates brand known for delivering high-quality, inclusive movement experiences across our boutique London studios. As we grow, we’re excited to expand into Hot Pilates, offering the same premium standards, curated programming, and energising class culture—this time in a heated environment. We’re now looking for passionate, experienced Hot Pilates instructors to help us launch and grow this exciting new offering.
The Role
You’ll lead Hot Pilates group classes in a heated studio environment (around 34–38°C), delivering dynamic, full-body workouts that challenge, empower, and energise. Classes will combine elements of traditional mat Pilates with high-intensity, sweat-inducing sequences—set to great playlists and designed for strength, tone, and endurance. We’re looking for instructors who can confidently lead large group classes, bring energy and structure to every session, and maintain safety and technique under heated conditions.
What We’re Looking For
- Certified Mat Pilates Instructor (essential)
- Proven experience teaching Hot Pilates (minimum 6 months preferred)
- Confident leading high-energy, large group classes
- Knowledge of class sequencing, tempo, and modifications for all levels
- Comfortable teaching in heated environments
- Prenatal certification is a plus
- Strong communication, timing, and musicality
- Passionate about community, connection, and high-quality movement experiences
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
