North Metro Church in Thornton, CO seeks an Executive Pastor to partner with the Lead Pastor and Elders in guiding church life, finances, and programs. The Executive Pastor will oversee staff, HR, facilities, budget processes, and building initiatives while advancing Connections, Assimilation, and Discipleship.
You will preach 5–10 times per year, assist in pastoral care, and collaborate on vision with church leadership. A strong leadership background in ministry operations is essential.
