Crossroads Church in Hampstead is seeking an Associate Campus Pastor to lead a campus under the Campus Pastor. You will reproduce Crossroads’ culture, provide pastoral care, and teach biblically grounded sermons within a collaborative team.
The role requires leadership of staff and volunteers, development of ministry initiatives, and oversight of campus operations. Bachelor and seminary study preferred; five years of ministry experience is expected.
