Description of Organization:
Merrimack Valley Presbyterian Church is a vibrant and growing Orthodox Presbyterian Church in the North of Boston Suburbs. Around half of our congregation lives in Southern New Hampshire while the other half lives in northern Massachusetts. The congregation, marked by unity and love, is committed to learning, teaching, and living out God's word. The congregation is well represented across all ages, except that we are somewhat under-represented among retired people and have only a few single adults. We currently have 29 baptized covenant youth and 85 communicant members along with several regular visitors. Reflecting the area, the congregation tends to be well educated with primarily white-collar jobs.
We currently worship in North Andover, Massachusetts at an elementary school in the morning and a Baptist Church building in the evening. We own land in Salem, New Hampshire and have also been actively looking at purchasing existing buildings in the area.
