Sales Associate – Notting Hill, UK
Who we are: Sales Associates are passionate about excellence and sustainability, delivering exceptional service and driving sales. In this role you will execute all efforts required to meet individual sales goals and support the in‑store experience.
Responsibilities
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
- Assist in client generation through customer engagement.
- Contribute to an in‑store experience that surprises and delights customers.
- Foster a culture of excellent client experience through a customer‑first mindset.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying brand values and educating customers on sustainability.
- Maintain extraordinary customer experience feedback and scoring via NPS.
- Ensure consistent inventory accuracy and controls.
- Contribute to Loss Prevention efforts.
- Uphold time and attendance policy.
- Ensure the selling floor reflects brand and concept standards.
- Share deep product knowledge with genuine enthusiasm.
- Communicate product feedback to improve product and merchandising.
- Help keep the store environment inspiring and products accessible.
- Reflect core values and culture in all efforts.
- Maintain a professional, healthy, and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
- Self‑motivated, driven approach to take on new challenges.
Compensation and Availability
Wage: £13 per hour.
- Minimum 10 hours per week.
- Available 3 days per week, weekends included.
- Flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, holidays).
