Sales Associate, Part-Time – Chelsea role at Reformation.

What You\’ll Do
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
- Assist in clientele generation through customer engagement.
- Contribute to an in-store experience that surprises and delights customers.
- Deliver an elevated client experience as a brand ambassador—embody brand values and share Reformation stories with a focus on sustainability.
- Maintain excellent customer experience feedback and service scores (NPS).
- Maintain inventory accuracy and contribute to Loss Prevention.
- Uphold time and attendance policies and ensure the selling floor reflects brand standards at all times.
- Share knowledge about products with genuine enthusiasm and relay customer feedback to improve products and merchandising.
- Maintain a professional, healthy, and productive work environment.
What you’ll bring
- Experience in sales or retail or operationally intensive environments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to taking on challenges.
Compensation
- Wage: 13.00 per hour.
- Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- Available to work a minimum of 3 days per week, including weekends.
- Flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, holidays if required).
