As we expand across Europe, we’re looking for a Business Developer who can turn opportunities into partnerships and projects into revenue.

About the Role

This is a newly created position with a clear mission: grow our Residential Trade Partner segment in key European markets – UK, Netherlands and France. You will be activating, leveraging and building relationships with partners and introducing them to Reform and our products. The goal is to become the number one choice for professionals when it comes to kitchen and storage.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, engage, and onboard architects and trade partners with relevant projects.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our presence in target markets.
  • Leverage your strong network within the design, furniture, or kitchen industry to generate immediate business.
  • Build long-term relationships with relevant partners across your market.
  • Collaborate with our showroom and Customer Success teams to deliver seamless project execution.
  • Report directly to MD Europe and contribute to shaping our growth strategy.

  • Proven experience in the design, furniture, or kitchen industry.
  • A strong network and portfolio of clients that can create value from day one.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and skilled at opening new markets.
