Reform UK is on the lookout for enthusiastic new team members to join our team.

We are the biggest political party in the UK, and we believe Britain can once again be one of the greatest countries in the world.

As we scale rapidly, we are launching this year’s Graduate Programme - five funded places for the brightest and most talented individuals ready to make a difference.

This programme is also open to non-graduates who demonstrate exceptional talent, dedication and potential.

If you are highly motivated and ready to work hard, this is your chance to help shape the future of British politics while gaining hands-on experience across multiple disciplines. Prior experience in politics is not required.

About the Programme

The Reform UK Graduate Programme is a rotational scheme designed to develop versatile, high-performing individuals. Over twelve months, you will work across key departments, gaining an understanding of critical areas such as campaign management, policy research, communications and operations. This is not just a job - it is an opportunity to hone your skills, tackle real challenges and prepare for an instrumental role in politics or beyond.

Key Features of the Programme:

Rotational structure: experience working in different departments to build a well-rounded skill set.

  • Mentorship: learn from senior leaders and experts who will guide your development.
  • Real impact: contribute to live projects, campaigns and initiatives that shape the party’s - and the country’s - future.
  • Tailored development: receive structured training, feedback and support to unlock your full potential.
  • Networking opportunities: build connections with key stakeholders within and outside the party.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the development and execution of high-profile campaigns.
  • Conducting research and analysis to inform policy decisions and party initiatives.
  • Coordinating and delivering events, from grassroots rallies to national conferences.
  • Engaging with members, volunteers and the public to build strong relationships.
  • Managing data, creating reports and providing insights to support decision-making.
  • Taking ownership of projects that test your skills and push you out of your comfort zone.

What We’re Looking For

Exceptional talent: a proven track record of excellence in academics, work or other endeavours.

  • Drive & ambition: a relentless desire to learn, improve and achieve results.
  • Work ethic: the willingness to go above and beyond, with a strong commitment to hard work.
  • Curiosity & initiative: the ability to ask insightful questions, solve problems and take the lead.
  • Adaptability: a readiness to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Resilience: an ability to handle the pressure and pace that comes with working for the country’s fastest growing political party.
  • Passion for Reform: a genuine interest in shaping the future of the UK and supporting the party’s mission.
