As Reform UK’s digital and communications output continues to grow, we are looking to engage a Graphic Designer focused on social media content to support our Head Office communications team. This role will focus on creating high-impact visual content for Reform UK’s social media channels, helping translate political messaging into clear, engaging, and highly shareable digital content. Working closely with the communications and digital teams, you will help produce graphics, motion assets, and digital content that strengthens Reform UK’s online presence and ensures our message reaches audiences across the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging graphics for social media platforms, including X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Produce motion graphics and animated assets to support digital campaigns and increase audience engagement.
- Create branded templates and visual systems for consistent social media output.
- Work closely with the communications and social media teams to translate messaging into effective visual content.
- Design digital graphics for announcements, campaigns, media moments, and policy messaging.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital outputs.
Requirements
- Proven graphic design experience, ideally in digital content, social media, marketing, or media environments.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Experience producing motion graphics or animated content for social media.
- Strong understanding of digital design, typography, and visual hierarchy, particularly for mobile-first platforms.
- Ability to work quickly and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
