As Reform UK’s digital and communications output continues to ramp up, we are looking to engage a Graphic Designer who can work across evenings and weekends to support our team. This role will focus on producing high-impact graphics for social media, helping our communications team respond quickly to political developments, media moments, and campaign messaging outside of standard working hours.

Key Responsibilities- Design compelling graphics for social media platforms including X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Produce rapid-turnaround creative responding to breaking political news and media moments during evening and weekend shifts.
- Create and maintain branded templates to ensure consistency across Reform UK’s digital output.
- Develop motion graphics and animated assets to support digital engagement.
- Work closely with the communications and social media teams to translate political messaging into impactful visual content.
- Support the production of digital advertising graphics and campaign materials when required.
- Proven graphic design experience, ideally in political campaigns, advocacy, news/media, or fast-paced commercial environments.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, and visual hierarchy, particularly for digital content.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
- Aware of the UK political and media landscape.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends to support the communications team when output is at its busiest.
