As Reform UK’s digital presence continues to grow, we are looking to engage a Video Editor to support our Head Office creative team, producing a wide range of video content for social media and digital platforms. This role will focus on creating fast-paced, engaging video content that helps communicate Reform UK’s message clearly and effectively online. The ideal candidate will be comfortable producing everything from quick-turnaround social media clips and vlog-style content to polished brand and campaign videos. Working closely with the communications and digital teams, you will help ensure Reform UK maintains a strong, professional, and highly engaging video presence across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit short-form video content for platforms including X, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Produce vlog-style and behind-the-scenes content that feels authentic and engaging for social audiences.
  • Create fast-turnaround edits responding to political developments, media moments, and campaign messaging.
  • Deliver polished brand and campaign videos for announcements, digital campaigns, and communications.
  • Add subtitles, motion graphics, music, and visual elements to enhance engagement and accessibility.
  • Work closely with the communications and social media teams to translate messaging into effective video content.
  • Ensure all video output remains consistent with Reform UK’s brand and messaging.

Requirements

  • Proven video editing experience, ideally within social media, digital content, marketing, media, or production environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and familiarity with After Effects.
  • Experience creating short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Strong understanding of social media storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
  • Bring ideas to improve our social content and online reach.
  • Ability to work quickly and manage tight turnaround deadlines.
