Our client is a leading independent production company working across all genres of TV. The in house legal team are recruiting an experienced business affairs executive to work with the head of legal on all aspects of programming to include scripted, non-scripted, drama, factual, entertainment and comedy.

The role will involve:

  • Drafting and negotiating development, production and underlying rights agreements such as presenter, location, contributor and formats.
  • Reviewing commissioning and distribution agreements with broadcasters.
  • Advising on programme content and compliance.

TV production legal experience is key for this role. Our client will look at both NQ lawyers and experienced execs.
