Are you an experienced legal executive who has solid knowledge of closing film deals? Have you worked for an independent film company and advised on co-productions? This role is an exciting and unique opportunity for a lawyer looking to work as part of a small team and is offered on a fully remote basis either 4 or 5 days per week.
The role involves:
- Reviewing all documentation in relation to operating a funding project
- Advising on all financing, sales, and distribution
- Chain of title and inter-party or mutual funding agreements
- Reviewing key cast/contributor and crew agreements
- Co-production agreements and delivering feedback to the company on these
