In House: Tech start up interim legal consultant

This client is a fast-growing, industry disrupter who provide strategic business and legal consultancy services to start – ups, scale – ups and growing SMEs in the tech space with a focus on each phase of growth. The current small in house team are growing and looking to recruit a bright and ambitious commercial lawyer to join the team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of UK corporate law and regulation with demonstrable expertise in drafting and negotiating share/asset purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, board and shareholder resolutions. The role will involve drafting and negotiating a diverse range of commercial contracts to include technology, MSAs, software licensing, network infrastructure and connectivity platforms as well as development and licensing agreements.

Candidates will have excellent academics and solid law firm training with at least 2-5 years PQE gained either in a high growth in house environment or a boutique firm operating in the tech space. The role is London based and candidates must have the right to work in the UK. European languages and any HR/ Employment knowledge would be advantageous.
