We are looking for an experienced media lawyer with expertise in working on a wide and high profile non scripted slate across entertainment, sport and documentaries. Candidates will act as head of legal and business affairs on an interim basis for a 12 month contract with the opportunity of becoming permanent.
The successful candidate will be experienced in drafting and negotiating production agreements, funding agreements, and tax credits. You will also have a solid understanding of compliance, data protection and data privacy.
The role will lead a small but established in house team and provide training and leadership. The role is offered 4 or 5 days a week and is office based a minimum of 4 days a week. Reporting to the head of production and the CEO. This is a fast paced and dynamic role with a company with ambitious growth goals. International expertise would be advantageous.
