Are you an experienced legal executive who has solid knowledge of closing film deals? Have you worked for an independent film company and advised on co-productions? Are you looking for a flexible working environment where you can get involved with the business affairs discussions of what our client invests in and what films get made? This role is an exciting and unique opportunity for a lawyer looking to work as part of a small team and is offered on a fully remote basis either 4 or 5 days per week.
The role involves reviewing all documentation in relation to operating a funding project advising on all financing, sales, and distribution, chain of title and inter-party or mutual funding agreements. You will also review key cast/contributor and crew agreements along with any co-production agreements and deliver feedback to the company on these.
