Our client is a leader in the media streaming space and due to growth expanding their already well established legal team. This role will support both D2D and B2B2C marketing teams who operate across multiple international markets. The role will give advice on all IP legal matters relating to the planning, development and execution of global marketing campaigns and promotions related to the platform.
Candidates will draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements to include media buying and creative agencies, events, influencers, sponsorships and consultancy. Ideal applicants will have circa 3 to 6 years PQE gained in the media or technology sector. A solid understanding of IP, consumer protection, advertising and DP is key and ideally expertise in customer engagement in relation to competition, prize draws and campaign promotions.
