Our client is a leading talent agency providing a portfolio of services to a range of elite clients within the arena of Sport, Music, Entertainment & Social Media. Their legal & business affairs team are now searching for an agile commercial media lawyer on a 6 month basis to provide legal advice and assistance to their entertainment division in connection with TV personalities, social media influencers and authors.
This collaborative busy team supports the business in connection with a range of deals including brand endorsement deals, TV Presenter agreements, TV co-production agreements, online content creation, publishing deals, TM advice and IP issues. You will be directly negotiating contracts with stakeholders and counterparts across the industry and applicants should be a genuine team player, have a minimum of 4 years PQE and experience within the entertainment sector. Experience in brand endorsement deals would be ideal.
