We are inviting applications for a Service Delivery Advisor to join our ReFood Doncaster site. This is a full-time, permanent position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
As a Service Delivery Advisor, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our service delivery, commercial, and logistics functions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone and email
- Managing the customer account database, including data entry, analysis and KPI reporting
- Providing administrative support to the Commercial and Logistics teams
- Handling customer complaints and following up on service issues
- Participating in an out-of-hours support rota (paid in addition to basic salary)
- Managing and directing sales enquiries to relevant team members
- Building and maintaining strong internal and external customer relationships
- Providing sales support to the ReFood sales team
Job Requirements
- Good standard of formal education
- Experience in customer service and sales office environments
- Strong ability to prioritise workload and respond promptly
- Proactive, with the ability to use initiative to resolve issues
- Able to build strong commercial relationships across various organisations and contact levels
- Commercially aware, financially literate, and business-focused
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient IT skills, particularly in MS Office (Excel and Word)
