What you'll be doing:
- Leading and inspiring our engineering and maintenance teams to deliver results.
- Making sure our site is safe, compliant, and operating at its best.
- Organising maintenance schedules, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Driving efficiency by identifying root causes of downtime and solving problems before they happen.
- Managing budgets, assets, and reporting to keep everything aligned with our goals.
What we're looking for:
- A solid background in engineering, ideally with HNC/HND qualifications (or equivalent experience).
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, with supervisory or management experience.
- A confident decision-maker with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and enjoys leading from the front.
