The Role

We’re looking for a sharp, driven, and entrepreneurial Founders’ Associate to work directly with the co-founders and leadership team. This role is a hybrid of strategic support, operations, and executive assistance - ideal for someone who wants to gain exposure across all areas of a high-growth SaaS startup and be part of key operations at the highest level. You’ll have your hands in product, operations, finance, marketing, and customer success - and no two days will be the same.

What you’ll be doing

  • Working closely with the three co-founders to drive strategic initiatives and support company goals
  • Leading cross-functional projects and ensuring effective collaboration across teams
  • Supporting executive decision-making through research, meeting preparation, and follow-ups
  • Contributing to customer communication and engagement, including product updates and marketing content
  • Enhancing our digital presence and supporting growth across social media and marketing channels
  • Conducting market and competitor research to inform product and go-to-market strategies
  • Supporting customer success and operations, including payments, support systems, and vendor management
