Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).

Junior SDR: £29,000–£32,000 + commission & bonus

Senior SDR: £32,000–£35,000 + commission & bonus

Location: Ideally able to come into our London office once a week. We are also open to candidates based elsewhere in the UK who can travel to London once a month as needed.

Our platform replaces slow and manual reference processes with a simple digital workflow that saves HR teams days of administration time while improving compliance and candidate experience. Our customers include global brands, leading retailers, healthcare organisations and professional sports teams. We support them in completing references in under 48 hours and keep their recruitment operations moving at speed.

We are hiring two Sales Development Representatives to join our growing sales team, one junior and one senior, to help drive new business and build a strong sales pipeline.

You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, introducing HR, People and Talent teams to a faster, more reliable way of working.

  • Proactively prospect HR, People and Talent leaders via email, phone and LinkedIn
  • Consistently book high-quality meetings and contribute to pipeline targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity logging

Senior SDR responsibilities (in addition to the above):

  • Lead by example in outbound quality, discovery and objection handling
  • Support and mentor the Junior SDR
  • Share market insights and feedback to improve sales processes

Junior SDR:

  • Experience in sales, lead generation, recruitment, or a customer-facing role

Senior SDR:

  • Proven experience as an SDR / BDR in a B2B sales environment
  • Experience supporting or mentoring more junior team members

Structured sales environment with strong support and collaboration.
